Our personalized engraved crystals are custom made per your requirements and specifications and we send you the layouts to review before putting your orders into production. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We will, however, remake your order if there are manufacturing defects. Please contact us through email within 7 calendar days after receiving your items. We will evaluate your request. In case the items need to be shipped back to us, you will need to pay for the shipping.
