SHIPPING / HANDLING
Our default shipping method is USPS Priority Mail for orders with crystal engraving. According to USPS, Priority Mail takes 2-3 days to deliver in the United States. For orders of 3 or more items, we reserve the right to use ground shipping instead. International customers pay actual shipping fee (the fee may depend on the total weight, so we need to know what you want to order first).
Free pickup is available for local customers who can come to our location in west San Jose.
Please contact us if you have any questions or other preferred shipping methods. For express shipping, customers pay actual shipping/handling fees.
